The fastest start into a new dimension of training. Thanks to an innovative scan system based on biometric markers, the milonizer measures your points of articulation in seconds. Within a few moments, all of our milon devices are optimally adjusted to your body dimensions.

Together with the integrated milon fitness tests and the new mobility tests from five, a comprehensive as-is analysis of your current performance level is created for you. All determined data can be used for an exact, individual and personal training plan.

Big goals, little time? This classic strength-endurance circuit offers an effective workout in just 17.5 minutes. Six strength and six cardio machines train the entire body and are just as suitable for beginners as for advanced users. After a one-time setting, the milon devices automatically adjust to the user. Digital training plans based on sports science ensure individual success.

Detached from classic circuit concepts, the seven different strength machines cover all relevant muscle groups. After a one-off setting, the milon devices automatically adjust to the person exercising (seat setting, training weight, optimal number of repetitions), but at the same time enable completely freely configurable set training for new muscle stimuli.

Two crosswalkers and two ergometers are also available for your cardio training.

In addition to strength, endurance, speed and coordination, flexibility is an essential component in order to address all basic motor skills. Muscle length training with five removes or minimizes movement restrictions.

In contrast to classic stretching or stretching, five training demands simultaneous force exertion on the muscles. This stimulus leads to the fact that the muscle learns a new movement pattern and can be brought back to its original length.
